Modern Slavery Statement

Our Commitment

Consecutus Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We define modern slavery as encompassing slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, bonded and child labour and human trafficking.

Organisational Scope

This statement covers Consecutus Ltd's software development operations across the UK and India.

Our Zero-Tolerance Approach

Consecutus maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and requires all workers to support our safeguarding measures.

  • Engaging stakeholders and suppliers to address modern slavery risks
  • Using risk-based approaches in contracting processes
  • Requiring third-party employment agencies to comply with our Code of Conduct
  • Conducting supplier audits when circumstances warrant
  • Taking appropriate action against breaches, including potential termination of contracts

High-Risk Areas

The company identifies two areas of potential vulnerability: basic service suppliers in India (including cleaning and food production sectors) and UK catering and service sector suppliers. We apply heightened due diligence in these areas.

Accountability & Training

The Commercial Director oversees policy creation, while the Managing Director manages risk assessments. All staff are required to complete mandatory annual online modern slavery training through Ihasco Ltd.
