The Teller

Traditional human service, modern digital interface
The Consectus Teller fixed terminal brings high quality customer service into the branch, but incorporates the latest technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Everything is automated so that follow up workflow is seamless. Cashiers will have full access to AI help and webchat connectivity to Head Office, so that they can deal with any enquiries immediately. More complex issues can also be transferred to the Branch Tablet to be managed in another part of the branch away from any queues.
Fully functional, completely connected
The Teller can perform a wide range of standard tasks including cash payments in and out, balancing and reconciliation, manage and print passbooks, print cheques, open new accounts, update customer records and execute inter-account transfers. This ensures that all the customer’s needs can be met swiftly and efficiently in one place which leads to a better, more pleasant experience and improved customer loyalty. Consectus Teller can connect to any back office system or peripherals.

Digital ID capability for greater security
As more financial services are performed online, it is reassuring for many customers to have assistance in coping with the new digital world. Nowhere is this more important than ensuring the customer is protected from fraud or identity theft to keep their savings secure. With the Teller, a wide range of verification technologies can be used in person with the customer, such as touch ID, photo verification/face recognition, password creation and digital signatures. The Teller can also remove the need for most paper-based processes such as paying in cheques, further reducing the risks of fraud or error for both Building Society and customer.
